OFFICIAL RULES FINAL MATCH SWEEPSTAKES

SWEEPTAKES PERIOD
The El Almendro USA Final Match Sweepstakes (the «Sweepstakes«) begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time («ET») on July 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on July 19, 2026 (the «Sweepstakes Period»).
ELIGIBLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
Eligible entries submitted through Instagram and Facebook during the Sweepstakes Period will be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an «Entrant» and collectively, the «Entrants»).
Employees, officers, directors, managers, and representatives of B. Fernández & Hnos., El Almendro Delaviuda (the «Sponsor»), The Perfect Storm Marketing & Consulting Services, Corp. (the «Administrator»), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, market research providers, consultants, and agents, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes eligible participants must:
General Entry Conditions
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
The Administrator’s computer clock shall serve as the official timekeeping device for determining the start and end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Participants may submit more than one (1) eligible entry; however, each winner may receive only one (1) prize.
The Sponsor and the Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, engages in fraudulent conduct, or acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor also reserves the right to reject any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, false, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Following the conclusion of the Final Match, the Administrator will review all eligible entries to determine which participants correctly predicted the final score at the end of regulation time.
Among the eligible participants with the correct prediction, three (3) Potential Winners will be identified based on the highest number of likes received on their qualifying comment as of the final whistle at the end of regulation time (90 minutes only). Likes received after the conclusion of regulation time will not be counted.
The Potential Winners will be ranked according to the number of qualifying likes received. The Sponsor will first contact the highest-ranked Potential Winner.
If the first Potential Winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, declines the prize, or is otherwise disqualified, the Sponsor will contact the second Potential Winner. If necessary, the same process will apply to the third Potential Winner.
Only one (1) Potential Winner will ultimately be verified and declared the official Winner of the Sweepstakes.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on: the total number of eligible entries received; the accuracy of each participant’s prediction; and the number of likes received on the qualifying comment in accordance with these Official Rules. The method of entry does not affect a participant’s chances of winning.
PRIZES
One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) verified Winner:
General Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Each prize is subject to the terms, conditions, and warranties established by its respective manufacturer or supplier.
The Sponsor and Administrator make no express or implied warranties regarding any prize, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA, the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), or Adidas.
GENERAL PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Approximate Retail Value («ARV») of each Prize has been determined by the Sponsor and/or the Administrator based on reasonable estimates available at the time these Official Rules were prepared. The ARV is provided solely for informational and regulatory compliance purposes and does not represent or guarantee the actual retail value or resale value of the Prize. No cash or other compensation will be awarded if the actual value of a Prize differs from the stated ARV.
Any expenses not expressly specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winner, including, without limitation, transportation, meals, gratuities, insurance, permits, service charges, tolls, parking fees, fuel, traffic violations, administrative fees, and any other incidental expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize.
Lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or destroyed prizes will not be replaced under any circumstances.
By accepting a Prize, the Winner assumes all risks and responsibility associated with the acceptance, possession, and use of the Prize. The Sponsor, Administrator, and Released Parties shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, property damage, medical expenses, or any other loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, use, or enjoyment of the Prize.
The Sponsor’s and Administrator’s responsibility with respect to each Prize ends once the Prize has been delivered or made available to the Winner. Any claims regarding the Prize thereafter must be directed to the applicable manufacturer or supplier.
As a condition of receiving the Prize, the Sponsor may require the Winner to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. Failure to execute and return any required documents within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
The Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the acceptance or receipt of the Prize. The Sponsor and/or Administrator may request the Winner’s Social Security Number or other taxpayer information and issue any required tax forms in accordance with applicable law.
By accepting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Official Rules and with any terms, conditions, or restrictions imposed by the manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers associated with the Prize.
Any photographs, renderings, or visual representations of the Prize used in advertising or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. The actual Prize may vary in model, size, color, style, or other characteristics.
If any alcoholic beverages are included as part of a Prize, they may only be consumed by individuals who are of legal drinking age in their state of residence. Please drink responsibly.
PRIZE CLAIM
To claim a Prize, the Winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (collectively, the «Required Documents»), together with any additional documentation requested by the Sponsor, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, unless a longer period is granted at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Where permitted by law and if requested by the Sponsor or Administrator, the Winner may also be required to have the Required Documents notarized.
Failure to return all Required Documents within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate Potential Winner.
Prizes will be awarded within ninety (90) days after all Required Documents have been received and approved by the Sponsor.
Prizes will only be awarded to the verified Winner and may not be transferred to any other individual.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant grants the Sponsor, the Administrator, their affiliates, advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and their respective designees, the unrestricted right to use the Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities requested by the Sponsor, including interviews, photography, audio recordings, and video recordings related to the Sweepstakes.
All materials created in connection with such promotional activities, including photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, and statements, shall become the property of the Sponsor and may be used for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
The Winner further agrees to execute any additional documents reasonably requested by the Sponsor to confirm or effectuate these publicity rights.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator, the Sweepstakes sponsors, their clients, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, representatives, insurers, successors, assigns, attorneys, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the «Released Parties») from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, including, without limitation:
Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
Electronic, technical, or human errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; property damage, personal injury, illness, or death arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the Prize; printing, typographical, or production errors in any promotional materials; lost, late, stolen, misdirected, corrupted, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or unintelligible entries; events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or other force majeure events; failures or malfunctions of computers, mobile devices, servers, networks, hardware, software, internet service providers, or social media platforms; or any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.
By accepting the Prize, the Winner represents and warrants that they are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any illness, medical condition, or other circumstance that would prevent them from safely accepting or using the Prize.
TAXES
The Prize will be awarded free of any withholding by the Sponsor unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Winner is solely responsible for the payment of any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
CHANGES TO THE SEEPSTAKES
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes or amend these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, viruses, system malfunctions, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PRIVACY
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor and/or Administrator may collect personal information, including but not limited to name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and age, for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor may also request permission to send future promotional communications. Providing such consent is voluntary and will not affect an Entrant’s chances of winning.
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with the Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and contractors solely for purposes related to the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes.

INTERPRETATION
The section headings contained in these Official Rules are included solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision herein.
Words used in the singular include the plural where applicable, and words importing one gender include all genders, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES
The Official Rules will be available through the link provided in the @elalmendro_usa Instagram bio.
By submitting an entry, each Entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

VIGENCIA DEL SORTEO. El sorteo El Almendro Usa Final Match inicia a las 11:00 a.m., hora estándar del Este (ET) del día 17 de julio de 2026 y finaliza a las 11:59 a.m. (ET) del día 19 de julio de 2025 (el “Periodo de Vigencia”).

ELEGIBILIDAD. Son elegibles para participar únicamente los residentes legales de Estados Unidos con por lo menos veintiún años (21) de edad o más al momento de inscripción (cada uno, un “Participante” y colectivamente, los “Participantes”). No son elegibles para participar los funcionarios, directores, gerentes y empleados de B.Fernandez & HNos, El Almendro Delaviuda , y (colectivamente, el “Promotor”) y The Perfect Storm Marketing & Consulting Services, Corp. El Promotor y el Administrador se reservan el derecho, a su exclusivo criterio, de descalificar a cualquier persona que manipule el proceso de participación o la operación del Sorteo o cuyo comportamiento viole las Reglas Oficiales o que se comporte de manera negativa o perjudicial y de reclamar daños y perjuicios a dicha persona según lo permita la ley. Igualmente, se reservan el derecho de descalificar o rechazar cualquier participación que a su exclusivo criterio sea incompleta, incorrecta o falsa.
ELECCIÓN Y NOTIFICACIÓN. De entre las Inscripciones recibidas, el 17 de julio de 2026, aproximadamente a las 11:00 a.m. (ET) al 19 de julio a medio día, en las oficinas del Administrador, se seleccionarán (3) posibles ganadores (cada uno, un “Posible Ganador”), uno de ellos podría recibir, de cumplir con los requisitos de elegibilidad, el premio descrito en la Sección titulada “Premios” más adelante. La selección será llevada a cabo luego de conocer el marcador de la final del mundial y al revisar quiénes obtuvieron la mayor cantidad de me gusta al pitazo de los 90 minutos del partido, sin tener en cuenta me gusta posteriores.
El ganador. En caso de que uno o más de los Posibles Ganadores no cumplan con los requisitos de elegibilidad, no respondan a tiempo, rechacen el Premio o sean descalificados por cualquier razón. se seleccionará el segundo posible ganador y luego el tercero.
El primer Posible Ganador recibirá una notificación por parte del Administrador o el Promotor a través de correo electrónico y/o llamada telefónica (la “Notificación”). Si el Administrador o el Promotor no logran contactar al Posible Ganador dentro de un período de setenta y dos (72) horas, o si el Posible Ganador no completa los documentos requeridos conforme a lo dispuesto en la sección de “Reclamación de Premios”, el Administrador o el Promotor, a su exclusivo criterio, podrán determinar que la persona seleccionada no es elegible de conformidad con estas Reglas Oficiales y procederán a contactar al siguiente Posible Ganador disponible. Al confirmarse la elegibilidad del Posible Ganador, este pasará a ser declarado ganador del Premio correspondiente (el “Ganador”).
PROBABILIDADES DE GANAR. Las probabilidades de ganar dependerán únicamente del número total de me gusta recibidos en el comentario en cumplimiento con las Reglas Oficiales. El método seleccionado para participar no afecta sus probabilidades de ganar.
PREMIOS. Se sortearán un total de un (1) premio, que incluye:

RECLAMACIÓN DE PREMIOS. Los Ganadores deberán completar, firmar y entregar una Declaración de Elegibilidad/Relevo de Responsabilidad y Autorización de Publicación (el “Relevo”) y cualquier otro documento requerido por el Promotor (los “Documentos Requeridos”) dentro de un plazo de setenta y dos (72) horas de la Notificación o un plazo mayor a discreción del Promotor. De serle requerido, al exclusivo criterio del Promotor y/o el Administrador, deberá suscribir este documento ante Notario Público. Si un Ganador no devuelve los Documentos Requeridos dentro del plazo indicado, el Ganador podría perder, a discreción exclusiva del Promotor y/o el Administrador, su derecho al Premio y se llamará al Ganador Alterno que corresponda.
Los Premios serán otorgados en un plazo de noventa (90) días a partir de la fecha en la que se reciban los Documentos Requeridos. No se le entregará el Premio a otra persona que no sea el Participante.
AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO PUBLICITARIO. Los Participantes le conceden al Promotor y al Administrador, sus afiliados, sus agencias de publicidad, de relaciones públicas y promociones, el derecho de publicar y anunciar su nombre, persona, voz e imagen, en cualquier medio, mundialmente y sin limitación de tiempo, incluyendo la Internet y cualquier medio social, sin notificación adicional, compensación alguna ni derecho de revisión. Al aceptar un Premio, cada Ganador acepta ser entrevistado(a), fotografiado(a) y grabado(a) y acepta proveer toda la cooperación relacionada a cualquier actividad promocional y publicidad razonable que surja de dicho Premio. Todo el material que resulte, incluyendo el nombre del Ganador, imágenes y comentarios, fotos y videos/audiovisuales de tales intervenciones podrán ser utilizados por el Promotor para propósitos promocionales y de mercadeo y comerciales en su exclusiva discreción, incluyendo impresión, transmisión e Internet, sin compensación adicional, mundialmente y sin restricciones de tiempo o espacio. Los Ganadores consienten y acuerdan firmar cualquier documento requerido por el Promotor a fin de formalizar, efectuar o perfeccionar esta autorización.
LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y RELEVO. Al participar en este Sorteo, los Participantes acuerdan relevar y exonerar y mantener indemnes al Promotor, Administrador, auspiciadores del Sorteo y a su(s) cliente(s) y a cada una de sus casas matrices, sus respectivos oficiales, directores, gerentes, empleados, subsidiarias, entidades afiliadas, agentes, miembros, accionistas, aseguradoras, invitados, divisiones, predecesores, sucesores, representantes, asignados, abogados, distribuidores, agencias de publicidad, promoción y despacho (colectivamente, las “Partes Relevadas”) de cualquier reclamo, causa de acción, pérdida, daño, perjuicio, responsabilidad que surja de la participación en el Sorteo o del recibo, redención o uso de cualquier Premio incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a las siguientes: (a) intervención humana no autorizada en cualquier parte del proceso de inscripción o en el Sorteo; (b) un error electrónico o humano que pueda ocurrir en la administración del Sorteo o en el procesamiento de las participaciones; (c) pérdidas de propiedad, daños materiales, daños personales o muerte, relacionado con el Premio brindado de conformidad con este Sorteo y/o la participación de cualquier persona en el Sorteo; (d) cualquier error de impresión o tipográfico en cualquier material relacionado con el Sorteo; (e) participaciones robadas, perdidas, con demoras, desviadas, corruptas, ilegibles, incompletas, dañadas o indescifrables; (f) cualquier daño o incumplimiento causado por fuerza mayor o actos de Dios; o (g) fallas técnicas de cualquier tipo, incluyendo, pero no limitadas al mal funcionamiento de cualquier computadora, dispositivos móviles, cable, red, “hardware” o “software”, si aplica, así como cualquier falla de la Sitio Oficial durante el Periodo de Vigencia; o (h) cualquier daño o perjuicio causado por el uso o consumo de cualquiera de los Premios.
Con la mera aceptación del Premio, cada Ganador y sus acompañantes, si alguno, manifiestan que gozan de buen estado de salud y que no tienen enfermedad, condición o padecimiento que le impidan asistir y/o participar de algún modo en cualquier actividad relacionada con el uso y/o disfrute del Premio.
ARBITRIOS Y GRAVÁMENES. Los Premios se entregarán libres de arbitrios y gravámenes. Cualquier impuestos, arbitrios o contribuciones a consecuencia de la aceptación, recibo o uso del Premio será responsabilidad exclusiva del recipiente de este.
CAMBIOS Y ENMIENDAS. El Promotor se reserva el derecho, a tenor con la reglamentación aplicable y según su exclusivo criterio, de cancelar o cambiar las fechas de comienzo y final del Sorteo y de modificar las Reglas y los Premios ofrecidos en caso de que circunstancias imprevisibles, fuera de su control o ajenas a su voluntad así lo hagan necesario incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a errores técnicos o fallos, virus, piratas informáticos, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude o cualquier otra causa más allá del control del Promotor que afecte o corrompa el Sorteo o la entrega del Premio de alguna manera.
LEY APLICABLE. Todos los asuntos y controversias relacionadas con la elaboración, validez, interpretación y aplicación de estas Reglas Oficiales o de los derechos y obligaciones de los participantes y del Promotor en relación con este Sorteo, están regidos a tenor con las leyes y reglamentos del Estado Libre Asociado de Estados Unidos.
INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL DEL PARTICIPANTE. Al participar en el Sorteo, el Promotor podrá recolectar información personal no identificable acerca de los Participantes. El Promotor también tomará su nombre, edad, dirección de correo postal, electrónico y número telefónico. Utilizamos esta información para administrar su participación en el Sorteo. Es posible que, al momento de entrar al Sorteo, le pidamos su dirección de correo electrónico, así como su permiso para enviarle información promocional en el futuro.
La información personal que los participantes proporcionen quedará incorporada a una base de datos que conservará el Promotor y/o Administrador, ante la que cualquier usuario podrá dirigirse para solicitar información, rectificación, oposición de conservación o cancelación de sus datos. Por la naturaleza del Sorteo es necesario que la información solicitada y proporcionada sea veraz y completa. El Promotor utilizará la información proporcionada para la realización del Sorteo con sus empresas afiliadas, filiales o que formen parte del grupo de empresas al que pertenece el Promotor, así como con prestadores de servicios contratados por el Promotor para la administración y/o ejecución del Sorteo hasta la conclusión de este, información que permanecerá en la base de datos confidencial del Promotor y/o Administrador. Cualquier acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición relacionada con la información personal de los participantes podrá realizarse enviando una solicitud por correo electrónico a concursos@perfectstormpr.com o llamando al teléfono 787-705-1600.
TÍTULOS, ENCABEZADOS, NOMBRES Y PRONOMBRES. Los títulos y encabezados de las distintas secciones de estas Reglas Oficiales se incluyen para propósitos de referencia únicamente y no con el propósito de describir, interpretar, definir o limitar el alcance o la intención de estas. Cualquier referencia a nombres, pronombres y cualquier variación de éstos en estas Reglas Oficiales y el material promocional del Sorteo, se considerará que se refieren a masculino, femenino, neutro, singular o plural, según lo requiera la identidad de la persona o personas, bien sean naturales o jurídicas.
